Troy This, the superwhore is back

Il m'arrive parfois de regarder le Myspace d'artistes découverts quelques mois auparavant (n'ayant plus donné de nouvelles), juste comme ça. Dans la plupart des cas, il n'y a rien de nouveau, comme la page de Darlings Of The Splitscreen qui a l'air d'un tombeau abandonné, qui n'est pas sans rappeler la regrettée Lina Morgana (suicidée) dont la page-mémorial voit défiler des RIPs d'inconnus en guise de commentaires (eh oui, à l'heure du digital, on apprend les morts par Facebook et les enterrements par sms). On notera le paradoxe que même décédée, Lina a un nouveau morceau sur iTunes.. Mais là on digresssss.

Dans d'autres cas, il y a, comme surgies du pays des Schtroumpfs, de nouvelles tracks. À l'instar de -suspens- Troy This! À l'époque (c'était y a loongtemps, genre 1 an), son son (^^) en avait bluffé plus d'un. Je lui avait demandé le titre de la chanson, voici sa réponse:

“ its actually got two names ( back that up ) is the safe name
but i originally called it Superwhore the publishing company was not into that tittle but it will be superwhore on the record : ) ”

D'où le titre de l'article. Une de ses nouvelles chansons, Just do it, rappelle un peu Micheal Jackson. Something Better a un son assez aérien et une mélodie accrocheuse: c'est le download (nouveau).

Lame English translation : Somethimes we go check out the Myspace of artists we found out some months/years ago and enjoyed the tracks, and those artits seemed to be 'dead'. Most times, there's nothing new, just like Darlings Of The Splitscreen, whose page looks like a abandoned tomb. That reminds me of the late Lina Morgana (+ info) and her page-memorial where anonymous RIPs have been dropping. You can notice that even if she's deceased, Lina just has released a single on iTunes, but we're digressssing.
And at other times, out of nowhere, there are new tracks. Like.. Troy This! Over 1 year ago, his song empressed a lot of people/bloggers. I asked him what is the exact title, here his answer:

Hence the title of this article. One of the new songs, Just do it, sounds a bit like Micheal Jackson. And Something Better is the new download among other 'old' tracks. Enjoy.
