Prospect (à ne pas confondre avec The Prospect ni avec le rappeur du même nom) est un groupe assez underground de Brooklyn. Leurs chansons sont pour certaines calmes envoûtantes (Modern Art of Seduction, Rising to Set), alors que d'autres nettement plus énervées (Friend for a While). J'ai découvert ce groupe il y a un an, et ils avaient pourtant sorti leur EP, modestement intitulé Prelude, en 2006. Pourquoi en parler maintenant: Prospect vient de finir l'enregistrement de son premier album, date "TBA".
Prospect is a rather underground band from Brooklyn. Some of their songs are soothing and bewitching (Modern Art of Seduction, Rising to Set), whereas others are quite edgy (Friend for a While). I found out this band one year ago, though their EP, modestly titled Prelude, was released in 2006. Why do I blog them now? Prospect has just finished recording their debut album, release date TBA.
